FAQ: What Is Your Return Policy?

Answer: We will accept returns within 14 days of shipment for unopened and undamaged products. If you receive a product damaged or defective, contact must be made within 3 days of receiving the product for return instructions. We will issue a full refund, less shipping, on all products, provided these guidelines are followed.

FAQ: Why are some products listed more than once with different prices?

Answer: This is due to packaging differences. The lowest price is usally a sleeve ( a disk in a paper or cardboard package), while the higher priced item will be a retail plastic jewell or retail box. The contents will usually be the same, unless additional contents are noted in the description. Email us through the "Contact Us" link prior to ordering if you need more information on a product.
